1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Servorex website (servorex.org), our platforms and products, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, nonprofit, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
If you or your organization have a separate written agreement with Servorex, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. About Servorex
Servorex is a purpose-driven technology and automation organization. We build operational platforms, automation systems, and virtual assistant tools for schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions, and we conduct research-informed design and consulting work alongside our products.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Use
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Servorex and only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Access to organization workspaces is limited to people the organization has authorized. You agree to use the Services only for their intended purposes and within the permissions granted to you.
4. Accounts and Security
Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk to the Services or other users.
5. Organizations, Schools, and Administrators
When the Services are used within an organization workspace, the organization’s administrators control that workspace — including user access, roles, permissions, settings, and the data stored within it. Administrators may add, remove, or change user access, and the organization is responsible for how its authorized users use the Services. If your account belongs to an organization workspace, your use of the Services is also subject to your organization’s own policies.
6. Product-Specific Services
Servorex offers several products and engagement types, including:
- Status Track — operational and compliance tracking for schools and organizations, including international student program workflows.
- EduWorks — school operations tools covering areas such as records, attendance, billing, and communication.
- Virtual Assistants — AI-powered intake, support, and knowledge tools configured for an organization’s approved content.
- Custom systems, consulting, and automation projects — scoped engagements defined by a separate statement of work or written agreement.
Individual products may have additional terms, documentation, or configuration options that apply to their specific features.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Access or attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to probe, bypass, or defeat security or authentication measures.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to disrupt the Services.
- Misuse AI assistant features — including attempts to extract other users’ data, generate harmful or deceptive content, or circumvent safety measures.
- Use the Services in a way that violates the privacy rights of others or the rules of the school or organization whose workspace you are using.
8. Customer Data and Responsibilities
Customers and organizations retain ownership of the data and content they provide to the Services (“Customer Data”). You and your organization are responsible for the accuracy of Customer Data, for having the permissions and rights needed to provide it, for giving any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law (including from students, parents, and staff), and for using the Services in a lawful manner. Servorex processes Customer Data to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. AI Assistant Terms
Important: AI outputs are informational
- AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
- You must independently verify AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
- AI assistant responses are not legal, immigration, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
- For student, visa, or compliance questions, follow official school and government guidance and consult qualified advisors — an AI assistant is a starting point, not an authority.
Organizations that deploy AI assistant features are responsible for the knowledge sources they approve and for how their users are instructed to rely on assistant responses.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party services — such as Google services, email and SMS providers, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and other integrations that you or your organization enable. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Servorex is not responsible for third-party services. Enabling an integration authorizes Servorex to exchange the data needed to make that integration work.
11. Fees, Pilots, and Custom Work
Servorex engagements may take several forms, including free discovery conversations, pilot or trial arrangements, platform setup, ongoing support, and custom project-based work. Fees, scope, timelines, and payment terms for paid engagements are defined in the applicable order, proposal, or written agreement. Pilot and trial arrangements are provided for evaluation purposes and may be limited in scope or duration.
12. Intellectual Property
Servorex owns the Services — including our platforms, software, design, brand, documentation, and content — and all associated intellectual property rights, except for Customer Data and customer-owned content. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Servorex trademarks, branding, or content except as needed to use the Services as intended. Customers retain ownership of their own data and content.
13. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, Servorex may use that feedback to improve our products and services without restriction or obligation to you.
14. Service Availability
We work to keep the Services reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The Services may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
15. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Servorex does not warrant that the Services will meet every requirement of your organization or that all errors will be corrected.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servorex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servorex’s total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you or your organization to Servorex for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or, if no amounts were paid, a reasonable nominal amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time, and organizations may end their engagement as described in their agreement with Servorex. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access poses a risk to the Services or other users. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive. Reasonable data export or transition assistance for Customer Data may be arranged as part of an organization’s offboarding.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated to customers directly where appropriate.
